Wiring Faults
Electrician forgot to connect earth wire to the floor heat. It was hanging out at the rear of the wall behind the junction   Floor heat contractor reversed connections on the heater because there was a fault in the insulation in active floor heat junction in the floor. This allowed heater to work but with current returning in the earth wire.     Mains box where power enters the house   This is close up of mains box showing problem. Power companies try to claim these are the owners problem but most are the aluminium cable from their service like here but this had birds nest as well.
